Duties include

• Apartment Maintenance
• Cleaning, painting, sheetrock and wall repair, HVAC, plumbing, minor electrical
• Turn over and preparation of units
• must be able to lift 50+ pounds and stand for the duration of the shift
• Good attitude
• Ability to interact with tenants
