Job Summary: We are hiring a Data Entry Clerk on a full time, contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Team Raiser and Raisers Edge software and great attention to detail.


Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

  • Enter constituent information using Team Raiser and Raisers Edge software; both alpha and numeric data
  • Adding and correcting entries as required
  • Compile, sort, interpret and verify data to be entered
  • Research and/or follow up with donors regarding missing information
  • General administrative duties as required


Key Qualifications:

  • Completion of a College Diploma or University Degree
  • 2-3 years of related experience in a data entry or administrative role
  • Experience with Team Raiser and Raisers Edges software required
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Exceptional typing and data entry speed
  • Great attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and omissions easily
