Job Duties

• Provide help desk support for computer hardware, software, operating systems, and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and help employees get back up and running quickly.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain computer hardware and software.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access to applications and networks.
• Assist with data backups and maintain system security and integrity.
• Maintain workstations, laptops, servers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Support the company's digital phone system and network infrastructure.
• Maintain IT documentation, software licenses, warranties, manuals, and equipment records.
• Assist employees with technology training and software usage.
• Research technical issues, identify solutions, and help minimize system downtime.
• Support IT policies, security procedures, and ongoing technology improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to address technical needs and maintain productivity.
