Our client is a community based financial company that delivers future planning, education, and support to member all over the metro-Detroit area.

Customer Service Manager Duties:                                                                                                  

  • Monitor and oversee all employees during scheduled shifts
  • Coaching and motivating staff
  • Review program details and trouble shooting
  • Managing activities which include: payments processing, proper handling of credit card information, changing payment dates, and retaining customers.
  • Auditing calls to ensure accuracy

Customer Service Manager Qualifications:

  • 3+ Years of management experience in customer service or call center environment
  • Proven managerial skills such as evaluating employees, corrective action experience, escalated call and retention experience
  • Ability to multitask, communicate effectively, evaluating and motivating employees 
  • Open availability- Monday-Friday
