Our client is a community based financial company that delivers future planning, education, and support to member all over the metro-Detroit area.
Customer Service Manager Duties:
- Monitor and oversee all employees during scheduled shifts
- Coaching and motivating staff
- Review program details and trouble shooting
- Managing activities which include: payments processing, proper handling of credit card information, changing payment dates, and retaining customers.
- Auditing calls to ensure accuracy
Customer Service Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ Years of management experience in customer service or call center environment
- Proven managerial skills such as evaluating employees, corrective action experience, escalated call and retention experience
- Ability to multitask, communicate effectively, evaluating and motivating employees
- Open availability- Monday-Friday
