This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping an office running smoothly and wants to develop valuable HR skills over time.

In this role, you'll start by supporting office operations and administrative functions while receiving training and exposure to Human Resources responsibilities. The company is seeking someone who is eager to learn, grow professionally, and become a key member of their team.

What You'll Do

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure the workplace runs efficiently.
  • Purchase and restock office materials and maintain organized storage areas.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and facility vendors to address office needs and repairs.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Welcome visitors, employees, and vendors while providing excellent customer service.
  • Support daily administrative operations and assist with special projects as needed.
  • Help coordinate employee engagement activities, including birthday celebrations and company events.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and office documentation.
  • Assist with recruiting activities, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication as training progresses.
  • Support onboarding processes and various HR-related projects as you grow into the role.
