PRINCIPAL ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES
RMS Mill ( Bag to Bag)

 Reads customer order, packing slip, shipping order, or requisitions to verify that the correct product has been picked for the milling operation.

 Mills product as described on the customer order or packing slip

 Place and neatly stacks finished product on to a pallet along with a slip box.

 Signs off on the customer order or packing slip that the product has been completed and the right product is on the shipping pallet.

 Moves completed pallet of product out to the designated area for warehouse operator to pick up and complete the customer order Production Mill.

 Prints labels for the product that is produced by using the paperwork provided at the Auto Bagging Line.

 Gathers 40x48 pallet and box bottom  Gathers the correct BSG bags for milling

 Sets mill scale to the proper weight and verifies the weight on a floor scale

 Mills product and sews a label on each bag that identifies the product and the date it was produced

 Places each bag neatly on pallet and creates rows of 5 that are 8 bags high or 40 bags per pallet.

 Shrink wraps the completed pallets and place them in the designated areas.

 Follows the flushing sop to insure allergens are flushed out of the operating system

 Responsible for following and maintaining sanitation practices and policies throughout the production/milling department. Other duties

 Process / produce customer totes as required

 Assist with the unloading of bulk trucks in the unload shed

 Responsible for following, documenting and maintaining sanitation practices and policies throughout the production/milling department

 Perform all other duties that are assigned by the Department Manager

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm. (You will get 1/2 unpaid lunch breaks, please bring a lunch)
