SUMMARY:

The primary focus of the Talent Management Coordinator is to support the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management activities and will report directly to the Talent Manager. The TMC will be involved in a variety of activities and initiatives across the shared services group. The TMC will support core talent management and talent acquisition functions and initiatives that facilitate and ensure excellence in Talent Management's interactions and relationships with internal and external customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:

Talent Acquisition

  • Supports Recruiters in sourcing activities that include: resume search, social media sourcing, phone screens in addition to researches niche associates, new job boards, and new external staffing agencies.
  • Posts open jobs to key job boards ensuring the position description and employment branding is correctly applied. Monitor job postings to refresh and update based on active open requisitions.
  • Creates reports from the ATS, maintains the new hire tracker, temp tracker, and various metric reports.
  • Initiates new hire forms and emails to hiring managers and new hires to help ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • May provide support for the immigration process as needed.
  • Talent Management
  • Responsible for data entry into ATS and HRIS's as it relates to any and all employee data changes.
  • Assist in the coordination and scheduling of on-boarding, exit interviews, and partnering with the HRBP's on general communications to internal stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with associates as it relates to the ATS for Performance Reviews and Talent Assessments.
  • Other
  • Provide consistent high quality administrative support to the Talent Management/Talent Acquisition team, including the development of PowerPoint presentations, Word documents and Excel spreadsheets, for both internal and external audiences as requested.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

  • EDUCATION OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE:EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma, G.E.D. Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred. Combinations of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Continuous learning, as defined by the Company's learning philosophy, is required. Certification or progress toward certification is highly preferred and encouraged.
  • EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of prior experience in Human Resources function preferred.
  • HR systems (Oracle, ADP, Cornerstone LMS) experience highly desirable, but not required
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES (SKA) REQUIRED:
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy, efficiency, and in a timely manner in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable work ethic and strong service orientation
  • Solid quantitative, analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in applicable situations and interactions
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key contacts to enhance work flow and quality
  • A strong background in word processing, spreadsheets, and graphics programs required with knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  • Ability to interact effectively with staff at various levels.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
