CDL-A Driver

Our client is seeking CDL-A/CDL-B drivers for their Albany location. Only candidates with a strong work ethic as well as excellent communication skills will be considered. Duties Include:

• Completing deliveries/pick-ups within 100 mile radius
• Complete pre & post trip truck circle checks
• Pick up recyclables and confirm with client which containers are to be emptied
• Ensure compacting equipment is safely hooked up
• Switching/installing and/or removing roll-off containers
• Tarping/picking up containers and transporting to the proper facilities
• Complete required paperwork in a neat and efficient manner
  
• Maintains a safe environment by completing repair orders for truck to insure it is in safe condition and reporting defects in equipment and workmanship
• Clean client site of any spilled debris

 

Job Requirements:

• CDL B (rear packer), preferably CDL A license required (roll off)
• 3 years driving experience
• 6 months experience in rear packer and/or roll-off trucks
• Able to push/pull up to 100 pounds and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Able to work in all weather conditions safely and efficiently
