Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Part Time Recruiter (20 hours per week) for a client in Millsboro, DE.  We are looking for a career minded person who is looking to enter the world of recruiting and hiring.  The Recruiter must be able to recruit candidates to fill open positions and answer the phone and complete other clerical duties.  

Responsibilities include:

• Outreach to prospective candidates by phone and email
• Resume tracking and screening
• Website and job posting updates
• Phone and in-person interviewing/screening
• Backup recruiting functions
• Research community activities to develop awareness of the local labor market, recruiting opportunities, social media and industry trends

Experience needed:

• Outstanding communication skills - MUST be able to talk and type
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Strong organizational skills
• Prior experience using Outlook, Word and Excel
• Strong attention to detail
