Our Guelph area client has immediate opening for full-time Scheduler/Office Admin to support their growing business.  

 

The successful individual must have the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities in a timely manner and have a strong sense of ownership to deliver premium quality customer service on all levels.

 

Full Time Opportunity

Work Starts – Immediately

Compensation: $17.00 per hour

 

Scheduler/Office Admin Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling appointments and dispatching technicians to perform service calls and routine facility checks
  • Responding to high volume in-bound customer service calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivables,
  • Administrative Support such as filing, invoicing and other duties as assigned

 

Scheduler/Office Admin Requirements:

  • Previous experience with scheduling or coordinating is required
  • Previous experience handling high volume calls in an office environment is required
  • Previous experience with Business Vision and/or Accounting is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy when entering data

 

Scheduler/Office Admin Details:

  • $17.00 + per hour + 4% vacation paid weekly
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Starting immediately
