Field Superintendent – Senior Care Facility Construction Project

Located in Tigard, OR

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly capable Field Superintendent to lead the on-site operations of a major construction project located near Washington Square, just off Hall Boulevard. This full-time role is a two-year commitment aligned with the expected timeline for the construction of a three-story senior care facility, which includes an underground parking garage and ground-level amenities. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned superintendent with a general contracting background who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and has a proven record of delivering large-scale, high-quality builds.

Job Duties:

•         Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution of the project
•         Enforce job site safety standards in compliance with OSHA and company policies
•         Manage subcontractor activities and scheduling, ensuring alignment with project milestones
•         Lead foreman meetings to coordinate work flow and set clear production goals
•         Monitor quality control and conduct inspections to ensure all work meets design and code standards
•         Maintain oversight of scheduling, productivity benchmarks, and project targets
•         Manage site operations including construction of the parking garage, installation of elevator systems, kitchen buildouts, rated walls, and site work
•         Interpret and manage construction drawings, ASIs, RFIs, and project documentation
•         Collaborate closely with the in-office project team and maintain accurate field reporting
•         Utilize Procore or similar construction management software for documentation, scheduling, and communication
