About the Role We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Client Services Coordinator to support a busy clinical practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and can balance administrative work with occasional hands‑on support.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and professionally, both in person and by phone

  • Schedule appointments, procedures, and follow‑up visits with accuracy and efficiency

  • Provide clear instructions for pre‑visit and post‑visit care

  • Relay messages between clients and clinical staff

  • Maintain detailed patient records, including histories, treatments, and medications

  • Process payments and insurance claims

  • Manage front‑desk inventory and supplies

  • Assist with prescription refill requests

  • Offer basic support during check‑ins, such as weighing patients or helping calm nervous companions

  • Identify signs of distress or urgent need and alert clinical staff promptly

  • Support the team with light clinical tasks when trained, such as preparing exam rooms or handling samples

 

Skills Required

  • Strong, compassionate communication with clients and team members

  • Ability to manage phones, appointments, walk‑ins, and paperwork simultaneously

  • Solid computer literacy

  • Familiarity with common clinical terminology, procedures, and medications

  • Ability to remain composed when interacting with upset individuals

Work Schedule: Tues - Fri 8am to 5pm

Pay: $20.00 -$23.00 per hour DOE
