About the Role We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Client Services Coordinator to support a busy clinical practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and can balance administrative work with occasional hands‑on support.
Greet clients warmly and professionally, both in person and by phone
Schedule appointments, procedures, and follow‑up visits with accuracy and efficiency
Provide clear instructions for pre‑visit and post‑visit care
Relay messages between clients and clinical staff
Maintain detailed patient records, including histories, treatments, and medications
Process payments and insurance claims
Manage front‑desk inventory and supplies
Assist with prescription refill requests
Offer basic support during check‑ins, such as weighing patients or helping calm nervous companions
Identify signs of distress or urgent need and alert clinical staff promptly
Support the team with light clinical tasks when trained, such as preparing exam rooms or handling samples
Strong, compassionate communication with clients and team members
Ability to manage phones, appointments, walk‑ins, and paperwork simultaneously
Solid computer literacy
Familiarity with common clinical terminology, procedures, and medications
Ability to remain composed when interacting with upset individuals
Empathy and patience
Reliability and punctuality
Team‑oriented mindset
Excellent attention to detail
Calm and steady under pressure
Work Schedule: Tues - Fri 8am to 5pm
Pay: $20.00 -$23.00 per hour DOE
