Job Type: Full-time Return Product Processor - RMA
Location: Mansfield, TX 76063
Hours: First Shift, 8AM-5PM, Monday-Friday 
Pay: $17 HR

The return product processor will support the RMA team in all areas.
1) Identify returned products correctly, enter data in the ERP system, organize returned material in the warehouse, and rout material to the correct work center. Investigating discrepancies and resolving problems.
2) Communication Face to face with customers in a professional manner
3) Maintain good communication, respond to questions and provide regular updates or changes to next level supervisor.
4) Maintain paperwork and documentation including but not limited to forms, reports, logs, and records.
5) Complete assigned work accurately and in a timely fashion.
6) Follow-up and communicate with Supervisor and (where requested) upper management and maintain excellent notes.
7) Adhere to safety, hazmat, and housekeeping guidelines.

Skills, Qualifications and Other Requirements:
Good written, verbal, and communication skills demonstrating empathetic approach to dealing with the customer.
Must work as part of the team, willing to help wherever needed
Ability to manage multiple changing priorities.
Positive can-do attitude and quick learner/hands on.
Must be physically able to frequently bend and lift items up to 25 lbs. at times.
Ability to identify colors accurately and read small print.
Able to and enjoys communicating instructions or guidance both verbally and in writing.
Self-motivated and able to move at the required pace without direct supervision.
Attention to detail. Ability to differentiate between similar items and count accurately.
Working knowledge of basic inventory control procedures.
Ability to research, understand and/or analyze data.
Complete work orders utilizing computer and manual data entry methods.
A keen willingness to help the team and learn new skills is essential.
Basic computer skills with a tendency towards excel or databases a plus.
Operate job related equipment: forklift, pallet jack, etc.
