Our client is seeking an experienced Provider Compensation Specialist for a 6-9 month contract.  Possibility of remote for the right candidate.

 What You Get To Do!

As an extension of the finance team, the Provider Compensation Manager will be responsible for driving the development of provider compensation models, policies, and overseeing the alignment of provider compensation arrangements and payment practices for the providers of St. Charles Medical Group. This position will partner with St. Charles Medical Group executive leadership, the operation teams within each service line, the provider recruiting team, human resources, legal and compliance, and the contracting team to propose, implement and assess the impact of provider compensation models that are created to align with service line and health system goals. The Provider Compensation Manager will create, document and manage compensation policies based on benchmarks and related data which will allow for transparent compensation standards and justification for incoming and existing providers within St. Charles Medical Group. This role will document and ensure fair market value and commercial reasonableness of all provider compensation models. This position will directly manage other caregivers.

 What You Will Need!

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • A minimum of five years of experience in provider compensation design and administration
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
