Express Employment Professionals has a new full time opportunity for an Entry Level Customer Care Specialist. 

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be familiar with MS Office Suite and have the ability and desire to work well within a team environment. Additional duties and responsibilities include: 

• Respond to requests and issues via inbound calls.
• Mail and distribute leads to field sales representatives.
• Follow policies and procedures, database procedures, scripts and reference manuals.
• Provide telephone follow-up to customers after product ships.
• Initiate calls from existing customer databases as specific product market surveys are established.
• Produce and mail customer quotes as requested.
