Our business is growing rapidly, and we need a skilled Business Development Executive to acquire and manage new client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, as well as skills related to strategic analysis and marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with our clients, negotiating contracts and closing deals. We will rely on you to partner with our office personnel to conduct market research and develop a strategic business development plan. Travel throughout the United States is required for this position.

This position requires you to identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business and staffing needs. Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships. Partner with sales teams to contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients. Collaborate with Staffing Consultant and Office personnel to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed.

Our Business Development Executive is to assist our company, acquire new clients, and ell additional products or services to existing clients. This means the role is a crucial one requiring the selected candidate to be ambitious to expand or the necessity to diversify our clientele. The right candidate will possess the ability to communicate well with our clients, as well as office staff. The selected candidate will be honest, reliable, and trustworthy.
