Administrative Coordinator Job Duties:

  • Actively respond to verbal and written inquiries related to new group quotes
  • Review enrollment information and additional forms for group enrollment
  • Appropriately log, track and follow up on final quotes or complaints
  • Send plan document information to new groups
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Administrative Coordinator Requirements:

  • Education: Associates degree
  • Experience: Two (2) year of office experience and customer service experience
  • Typing 40+wpm, Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
