We are seeking a Mechanic Assembler! The Assembler will be working on motors with hand tools.

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for hydrotesting, assembling small parts, large vessels, and agitation systems. Training and development will involve hands-on support with a senior Mechanic A. Ensures all work meets established quality, quantity, and performance standards.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma or GED

Minimum Experience:

• 5–7 years as a mechanic

• 1+ year operating overhead cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment

Preferred Experience:

• Automotive, small engine, pump, drive-systems, or marine mechanic experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Skilled in reading blueprints, sketches, manuals, and written instructions

• Proficient in using overhead cranes, forklifts, drills, and cutting saws

• Comfortable working in confined spaces and operating various hand/power tools

• Proficient in micrometer and caliper use

• Follows safety, housekeeping, and procedural standards

Preferred Skills:

• Experience or training in assembling specialized equipment

• Willingness to learn from a senior mechanic at the company’s local facility
