Looking for a hands-on job with a four-day workweek? Join a team as a Light Assembly Associate, helping put products together and ensuring everything meets quality standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys detail-oriented work and wants a consistent Monday–Thursday schedule with three days off each week!

Job Duties:

• Assemble small parts and components according to instructions.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Follow assembly procedures and production guidelines.
• Use basic hand tools and assembly equipment as needed.
• Keep your workstation clean and organized.
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Follow workplace safety procedures.
• Work with team members to keep production running smoothly.
