Location: Honolulu, HI
Schedule: Full-time (Mon-Fri 8a-5p)
Pay: Up to $60K - DOE

We are currently seeking anHR Generalist-Benefits for a local health plan service. As an HR Generalist-Benefits you will be responsible for coordinating, administering and managing all aspects of employee health and welfare.

HR Generalist - Benefits Job Duties:

  • Assist with Administer, coordinate and manage all aspects of employee health and welfare benefits (Health insurance, dental, vision, 401(k) Plan, PTO, TDI, Workers Comp, FLMA, etc.)
  • Responsible for Benefits communications, open enrollment, new employee orientation
  • Provides information and assist with employee inquires about benefits
  • Administer and manage employee accident reports, disability and workers comp claims
  • Other duties as assigned


HR Generalist - Benefits Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent
  • Experience:3+ years of recent Human Resources experience, 2+ years experience in benefits administration
  • Computer Skills: Typing 60+ wpm, Intermediate in MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
