Monday – Friday  8:30 am - 5:00 pm

 

SHIPPING (Primary duties)

• Double check all parts being pulled for shipment
• Packing boxes for shipping (daily average of 55 pieces)
• Shipping packages using UPS, SPEE-DEE, and FedEx
• Preparing and setting up shipments for couriers and misc. carriers
• Answering the phone in the warehouse
• Helping other employees and customers with freight questions
• Quoting freight charges
• Stocking and cleaning the shipping department
• Pulling orders for shipping when not busy.
• Packaging and sending transfers to our other locations
• Helping delivery drivers when deliveries are made at the dock

 

RECEIVING

• Helping to check-in and put away stock from UPS and FedEx daily
• Help checking in pallets from vendors as time allows
• Pulling back orders for sold parts received
• Checking in and putting away transfers from the branch locations

 

DRIVING

• A clean Minnesota drivers license
• Driving company van (Ford Transit Connect cargo van) to Mounds View location twice a week
• Making occasional delivers to customers around the Twin Cities
• Occasional deliveries to our St. Cloud location
