The ideal candidate will be friendly, caring personality, knowledgeable of the Area, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written, excellent phone manner and strong organizational skills with an eye for details.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends and holidays.
REQUIREMENTS: At least 1 year previous experience in a hotel hospitality position. Knowledge of the area, events and activities. Excellent communication skills and out-going personality. Able to handle high pressure situations and creatively solve problems. Strong organizational skills and detail orientated. Team orientated and self-motivated.
