Locally owned contracting company in Pearl city is currently seeking a Payroll assistant to add to their team. Responsibilities include ensuring that payroll is processed weekly and bi-weekly for multiple companies, maintain employee data in Timberline, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and guidelines. Ideal candidate will have a experience in payroll, have the ability to consistently meet deadlines and preferably have knowledge of Timberline Sage 300 and LCP Tracker.

Payroll Assistant Job Duties:

  • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for multiple companies
  • Collect and review timesheets
  • Maintain employee data in Timberline Sage 300
  • File certified reports using LCP Tracker System
  • Support of other departments (HR, Production, Finance) as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Payroll Assistant Requirements:

  • Education: Associates degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum: Three (3) years of Payroll Administration experience
  • Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Timberline Sage 300 and LCP Tracker Preferred
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
