Accounts Payable/Payroll Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Data-entry of accounts payable invoices
  • Account reconciliation
  • Enter timesheets for under 30 employees, track certified payroll
  • Matching packing slip to invoices
  • Updating vendor information


Accounts Payable/Payroll Assistant Requirements:

  • 3+ years of AP and/or payroll experience
  • Previous experience with accounting software required, experience with Sage300 preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, computer proficient
