Office Administrator Duties:

  • Completing (materials, product and sales) reports
  • Creating, processing and following- up on vendor orders (expectations is to meet deadlines)
  • Basic administrative duties: data entry, filing and scanning

Office Administrator requirements:

  • Minimum: Eighteen (18) months of recent purchasing, accounting and administrative experience
  • Strong communication, detail oriented, problem solving and team oriented skills
  • Computer Scores: minimum 40wpm, proficiency with MS Suite (especially excel)
