Office Administrator Duties:

  • Completing work orders, sales orders and reports using MS Suite
  • Manage sales representatives schedules and client accounts
  • Provide customer service at the order desk
  • Answer and redirect phone calls accordingly
  • Basic administrative duties: data entry, filing and scanning

Office Administrator requirements:

  • Minimum: One (1) year of recent administrative and sales experience (scheduling experience is highly preferred)
  • Strong communication, detail oriented, problem solving and team oriented skills
  • Strong Computer Scores: minimum 40wpm, working knowledge in MS Suite
