Receptionist and Administrative Assistant Duties:

  • Customer Service: in- person, phone and email correspondence
  • Accepting monthly payments by checks from current tenants
  • Assisting and checking- in contractors for schedule appointments
  • Assisting with projects (i.g. - preparing gift baskets for events, season decorations and promotion)
  • General Office Duties: data entry, filing, faxing and scanning

 

Receptionist and Administrative Assistant  Requirements:

  • Recent one (1) year of recent administrative, customer service and property management experience
  • Effective communication, problem- solving and administrative skills
  • Ability to provide proper phone etiquette
  • Computer Scores: Types a minimum of 40wpm, working knowledge with MS office
