Truck Loader – Fort Worth, TX

Shift: Monday–Friday, 12:00pm–8:30pm
Pay: $19.00/hour

We are currently recruiting for a Truck Loader on behalf of our client in Fort Worth, TX. This position plays a key role in preparing shipments for delivery and ensuring they are loaded safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Load trucks with customer shipments according to established processes.

• Build pallets using boxes bound for different shipping zones.

• Install strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage during transit.

• Dispose of empty boxes, packaging, and shipping materials to maintain safe and clean work areas.

• Participate in special projects and other related duties as assigned.

• Consistently meet company standards for both quality and productivity.

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and workplace behavior standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; or comparable work experience.

• Ability to follow instructions and handle multiple assignments.

• Basic reading, writing, math, and communication skills.

• Ability to differentiate hazmat and cooler shipments.

• Knowledge of warehouse operations preferred.

Work Environment:
This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and teamwork to ensure shipments are handled properly.
