In this role, you will work directly with adults with developmental disabilities, helping provide instruction, support, and engaging daily activities in a classroom setting.

Position Details:

• Full-Time
• Pay: Starting at $13/hour, depending on experience
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
• Benefits Available
• Safety Sensitive Position

What You'll Do:

• Work directly with clients in a classroom setting and participate in instructional activities.
• Develop and complete daily schedules and lesson plans.
• Help create individualized program plans designed around each client's needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation.
• Complete weekly lesson plans, attendance, and billing hours.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding client incidents, behaviors, accidents, or illnesses.
• Participate in staffing and client meetings.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework is preferred.
• General knowledge of educational practices and developmental disabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain required documentation.
• A caring, patient, and dependable individual who enjoys helping others!
