Office and showroom receptionist needed! This could be a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate!  Our client is a supplier of high end building products to homeowners and homebuilders.

 

Key Duties

• Greet visitors and give out product knowledge
• Answer multi-line phones
• Provide light administrative assistance (filing, copying, data entry)
• Assist walk-ins and give out product information
• Make coffee throughout the day

 

Ideal candidates

• Friendly, outgoing personality - a 'people person'
• Pleasant phone voice
• Customer-facing appearance (NICE business casual)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to efficiently answer multi-line phone system
• Reliable, punctual
• Takes direction well
• Good basic computer skills
• Acceptable background check
