The day to day will include but not be limited too recruiting, new hire orientation, following code of ethics, entering data in HR systems, manage communication with stakeholders, onboarding and termination,
This is a full time salary position
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Management, Communications or equivalent work experience.
4+ years of HR-related experience in a fast-growing (preferably multinational) company
Experience managing HR processes, employee records and working with Oracle HR information systems or others HRIS systems
Experience working with third-party vendors (e.g., Benefits, HRIS providers, etc.)
Experience working with all levels of an organization, from employees through leaders
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and task
Excellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal/team collaboration and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
Demonstrated experience leading projects and employee engagement events/actives
