Join Our Team as an Account Manager

We’re on the hunt for a high-energy Account Manager who loves building relationships, spotting opportunities, and driving results. In this role, you’ll be the go-to partner for our customers—nurturing long-term relationships, growing existing accounts, and uncovering new sales opportunities along the way.

As an Account Manager, you’ll own a portfolio of clients and play a key role in expanding our business. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their goals, deliver solutions that wow them, and turn great relationships into measurable growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll build strong connections with key decision-makers, keep a pulse on account performance, and collaborate with our internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience. From answering client questions to identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, you’ll be instrumental in driving revenue and retention. Occasional travel may be part of the adventure.

If you’re comfortable using CRM tools, confident in your communication skills, and motivated by hitting (and exceeding!) sales targets, we’d love to meet you. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment and enjoys turning relationships into results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all account management needs

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

  • Identify, negotiate, and close opportunities to maximize revenue

  • Act as a trusted advisor to key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors

  • Ensure solutions are delivered on time and aligned with customer goals

  • Communicate progress on monthly and quarterly initiatives to stakeholders

  • Grow existing accounts and identify new opportunities to achieve sales targets

  • Forecast, track, and report on key account metrics and performance

  • Partner with the sales team to identify and expand opportunities within your territory

  • Step in to support complex client requests or escalations when needed
