Position: Foil Stamp Operator

Type: Evaluation to Hire

Shift: 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6a–2p OR 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2p–12a; Training on 1st shift

Pay: $18-20/hour

Location: De Pere, WI

Summary of duties: 

• Set up and operate the presses
• Perform foil stamping, embossing, scoring, perforating, and die cutting
• Read job tickets and follow instructions
• Make machine adjustments and troubleshoot basic machine issues as needed
• Check products for quality and accuracy
• Load and unload materials
• Communicate completed jobs to the Production team
• Follow safety and production standards

Requirements:

• Reliable and willing to learn
• Good mechanical and basic math skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Machine operating experience is a plus, but not required
