Metal Repair and Manufacturer Seeking CNC Operators: Experience Preferred
Operator will set up and run CNC in a production facility based on manufacturing drawings.
20-50lb lifting required
JOB SUMMARY
The CNC Operator will perform the operation of the CNC machine using Composite CAD software to manufacture specific parts.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Loading and unloading of parts to start and stop the CNC machining process.
• Setup machine with proper composite material using sales order as reference
. • Assuring daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance is completed.
• Stopping the process if Safety or Quality criteria is not met.
• Setup of the CNC machine prior to shift start and end of shift.
• Changeovers are completed in a timely fashion and all nonconformance’s are communicated to the production supervisor.
• Maintaining your production board highlighting Safety, Quality and Production issues and output.
• Safe handling of composite material and awareness of CNC machine parameters.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of related CNC Machine preferably in a composite environment.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
