Job Description

Responsible for supporting the Customer Relations Manager by providing administrative, clerical, and customer support. Will be expected to maintain a growing professional relationship with clients as well as business partners by providing exceptional customer service and great communication.

QUALIFICATIONS & PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Good Communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and GSuites
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Discretion and Confidentiality
  • Drivers License
  • Ability and availability to travel if needed
  • Bilingual (Spanish-not required but preferred)
  • Have some background and or knowledge of the Fresh Produce Industry

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist new clients through various steps to apply for an audit
  • Assist new clients with all questions and guide them for future inquiries
  • Communicate with Customer Relations Manager daily
  • Assist with Projects (data entry, marketing, phone calls , emails)
  • Create excel workbooks, pdf documents, letters, etc.
  • Maintain CRM profile
  • Maintain all inquiries for training, new audits, business relationships
  • Coordinate agendas
  • Coordinate meetings (take notes and report)
  • Drop off/Pick Up items from vendors to deliver specific locations
  • Research using internal systems per client or area
