Job Description

Provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks.


  • Business related degree or at a minimum a High School Diploma
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office software & Audit software
  • Easily adaptable to fast-paced work environment
  • Have basic knowledge of GFSI audit schemes
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures


  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Audit Coordinator Department Memos
  • Data entry
  • Properly document and archive audit files
  • Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
  • Service/Referral Agreements
  • Specialize in entering/updating audit applications for clients calling, e-mailing or walking in
  • Closing USA Audit Coordinator Files – Ensure all necessary documents are on the drive, record
  • lost/gain/potential gain, Sending ISR’s (Information System Requests if needed) merging duplicates.
  • Follow up with auditors on missing NCR & Covers
  • File, scan, archive & organize
  • Send auditor outlook appointment
  • Translating Audit Coordinator Department Memos
  • Anniversary Log & Lost/Gain Report – To be reviewed weekly
  • Document Review Project for all Audit Coordinators
  • Performs other duties as assigned
