Job Description

This person will take on the role of Human Resources Assistant and will provide the HR Manager with general support.

Job Duties:

  • Receiving incoming phone calls
  • Managing Human Resources Department/Documenting personnel records
  • Data entry/Creating spreadsheets
  • Inputting payroll, workers compensation, and audit reports
  • Filing/Organizing office
  • Order entry and invoicing
  • Some Receptionist duties
  • Correspondence
  • Supplying requisitions
  • Light bookkeeping

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must possess superb telephone manners
  • Must have experience managing multiple phone lines
  • Excellent writing/spelling/communication skills
  • Comfortable with Microsoft and Windows operating systems
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Conscientious work ethic
  • Energetic/Organized
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Extremely reliable, punctual, with little to no absences
