Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding service by maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and communicate with customers via various channels.
• Resolve customer complaints with care and efficiency.
• Become a product expert to confidently answer questions and assist customers.
• Process orders, applications, and requests accurately.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring seamless communication and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer needs are met.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills:
  • Calm and composed under pressure, even when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Comfortable using computers and navigating customer support systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not required!
