Building Maintenance Technician 

 

What you’ll be doing as a  Building Maintenance Technician:

• Perform comprehensive facility repairs, including electrical, plumbing, painting, and furniture assembly.

• Manage preventative maintenance schedules to ensure optimal building operations.

• Serve as the primary client liaison for service requests and project updates.

• Maintain 24/7 availability to provide rapid response for after-hours facility emergencies.

What you’ll need to succeed as a Building Maintenance Technician:

• 1+ year of building maintenance is a PLUS
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with private vehicle

 

Additional information for the  Building Maintenance Technician:

• $19/hourly
• Ann Arbor, MI
• Monday-Friday
  • 9am-5:30pm
