Express Employment Professionals is seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals for Day/Night Shift Operator roles. If you have production experience and are looking for a full-time opportunity with a rotating schedule, this is a great opportunity to join a strong team environment.

What You’ll Do

• Clean and maintain work areas
• Reel extruded products into rolls of specified lengths
• Package finished products and move them to staging for quality control
• Monitor production processes and report major changes to supervisors
• Follow instructions from the Production Supervisor
• Work closely with quality assurance, shipping, and production teams
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Ability to operate and understand tools, machinery, and precision equipment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
• Commitment to safety and adherence to quality standards (ISO 9001)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Work Schedule

• 12-hour shifts (7:45 AM – 8:00 PM)
• Weekend work required
• Rotating schedule with alternating 3-day weekends off

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, climb, and perform repetitive motions
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Strong manual dexterity and coordination
• Ability to work in varying positions and environments

Work Environment

• Moderate to high noise levels
• Exposure to production and manufacturing conditions
• Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Ability to work in varying weather or facility conditions
