Part Time Payroll Administrator

Job Summary: We are hiring a Part Time Payroll Administrator for our client in London, ON.   This is a direct hire opportunity, working approximately 24 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer all compensation functions for approximately 120 employees
  • Set up new hires on ADP and attendance scanning system
  • Administer Group Benefit and Retirement Saving Plans
  • Reconciles and maintains control over computerized payroll records
  • Investigates and responds to employee’s inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, pension plan
  • Maintain accurate payroll information and complete employee personnel files
  • Completes and approves the required employees’ records of employment, year-end payroll related government forms, individual income tax forms
  • Assist managers with termination, severance and compensation related issues
  • Assist HR Manager in developing policies and procedures

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2-4 years of payroll experience
  • Proficient with ADP (Pay@work, People@work and ezLabour)
  • Proficient in MS Office, including MS Access
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail

 Hours: Monday to Friday, daytime hours
