Job Summary: We are hiring an Accounting Clerk for our client in London, ON in a contract position for approximately two months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and upload invoices and backup into the Accounting system
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
  • Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
  • Assist with month-end preparation
  • Maintain Accounting filing system
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Prepare Accounts Receivable statements
  • Any Adhoc projects as required

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Completion of post-secondary education, preferably in accounting related specialty
  • 2 years of accounting experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, Sage experience preferred
  • Ability to work with General Accounting
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail

Compensation: $16-18.00 per hour depending upon experience

Hours: Monday to Friday, daytime hours
