CNC Machinist

Located in Russellville, AR

Salary: $15 + DOE

Now Hiring CNC Operators for a local manufacturing company.

Job Duties: 

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, or other machinery to manufacture parts to exact specifications

• Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files

• Load raw materials into machines and monitor machining processes

• Inspect finished parts for accuracy using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools

• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting

• Adjust machine settings (feeds, speeds, etc.) as necessary to optimize output and maintain tolerances

• Maintain accurate production and inspection records

• Follow all safety protocols and quality control standards

• Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to improve machining processes and resolve issues

Requirements:

• Must have previous verifiable CNC experience
• Pass all pre-employment screenings
• Be available to work overtime when needed
• Previous manufacturing/forklift experience.
• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly through the shift.
