Our Client is looking for a positive, self-driven, proactive individual who has a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while providing executive support. The chosen candidate will work with a diverse group of stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and will require the independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize workload in a fast-paced environment.


  • Answer phone calls, greet visitors, field messages
  • Respond to basic client and general inquiries
  • Coordinate and organize meetings and required materials for conference calls
  • Handle and maintain confidential files in accordance with firm policy
  • Assisting the owner with daily tasks,
  • Tending to various administrative requests, as required


  • Post-secondary education
  • 1+ years of office experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
