Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for an Welder position for a Texoma Area company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in the Texoma area that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate custom steel door panels and components according to detailed shop drawings

• Perform MIG welding on steel components with precision and consistency

• Grind welds flush to achieve high-end architectural finishes

• Accurately read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications

• Ensure all work meets quality control standards and project requirements

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Work independently or as part of a fabrication team

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in steel fabrication, fitting, and welding

  • Relevant formal education may count toward this timeline

• Certified Welder with verifiable job experience

• Proficiency in MIG welding in a fabrication shop setting

• Ability to read and interpret technical shop drawings

• Must pass a welding test during the hiring process

• No physical restrictions that would prevent lifting or handling materials
