Seeking a Receptionist for a local non profit Honolulu. The Receptionist will be providing general office support for company and leadership team, assistance with meetings, events, and assisting HR and Accounting department with various projects.  Please call (808) 792-7002 to schedule an interview.

Receptionist Job Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to Executive Staff and Board of Diretors
  • Assist with Department projects
  • Prepare agenda, materials for meetings
  • Assist with event booking, planning, and coordiantion

Receptionist Requirements:

  • 6 months+ of receptionist / administrative experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Professional, committed, and having a positive attitude.
