The Field Service Engineer is responsible for the installation and execution products. Implementation typically includes traveling onsite, uncrating and moving equipment into position, installing, networking and updating equipment, interfacing with client stakeholders, project management and sales; as well as training a wide variety of clients and/or partners to ensure their success.



  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and support: complex system and device problems/issues for hardware and software
  • Utilize accumulated knowledge: and leverage best practice documents and tools to support customers
  • Perform diagnostic procedures to gather information about the problem, determine the root cause and develop a solution
  • Provide technical support to external customers in mechanical and electrical hardware issues as well as networking and software issues
  • To ensure consistent and thorough maintenance; while staying alert and using judgement
  • Effectively synthesizes and compose communication including daily progress emails to internal team and clients
  • Log, track and update all case activity in Salesforce
  • Ensure client satisfaction by managing inquiries in a professional, timely, and effective manner
  • Be the face of the company to service and install products
  • Educate customers on their equipment, processes and the value of their scrub and linen program
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Experience with Sales Force a plus but not required.



EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school preferred but not required
