Night Auditor – Overnight Hospitality Professional

We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Night Auditor to support our client’s hotel property in Belgrade. This overnight role is ideal for individuals who enjoy a calm, structured work environment and take pride in delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring accurate end‑of‑day reporting.

Position Overview

The Night Auditor serves as the primary overnight representative of the hotel, balancing guest service with essential financial and operational responsibilities. You will ensure the property remains safe, welcoming, and well‑managed throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Support — Assist guests with check‑ins, check‑outs, and late‑night inquiries with professionalism and warmth.

• Nightly Audit — Complete daily financial reconciliation, verify transactions, and prepare reports for management.

• Safety Monitoring — Maintain awareness of property security and respond appropriately to any concerns.

• Shift Documentation — Record nightly activity and communicate important updates to the morning team.

• Issue Resolution — Address guest needs and resolve concerns with sound judgment.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality experience is helpful but not required — training is provided.

• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and remain attentive throughout the night.

• Basic computer skills; familiarity with hotel systems is a plus.

Schedule

Overnight shifts typically run 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, with some flexibility based on property needs.
