Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

On behalf of our client in London, ON, we are currently recruiting for a full time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for a local Chiropractic office on an evaluation hire basis.

Duties (may include and not limited to)

  • Act as the first point of contact for all clients, greeting and welcoming
  • Answer and direct all incoming phone calls
  • Manage general inquiries from public
  • Provide and process client intake forms
  • Document and database management
  • Schedule client appointments
  • Correspondence via email, mail, phone, in person and fax
  • Handle customer conflicts in a professional and diplomatic manner
  • Promoting relevant workshops and events to existing clients
  • Process insurance claims/benefits and payments
  • Other clerical duties as assigned


  • Minimum of a 2 year College diploma or University degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in a reception, administrative or customer facing position required
  • Experience working within a customer focused environment required
  • Must have advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office
  • Must have a professional, friendly and outgoing demeanor
  • Exposure and/or interest in holistic practices are beneficial but not required
  • Previous experience in a wellness or medical facility is a great asset 


  • Monday – Friday, some staggered evenings and early mornings required

Compensation $14/hour + 4% Vacation Pay
