Job Summary: We are hiring an Administrative and Accounting Clerk for our client, a Mortgage Investment Corporation located in London, ON.

This 14 month contract opportunity will require the successful candidate to process all incoming and outgoing funds, ensuring they are successfully delivered to third parties. In addition to tracking mortgage renewals and corresponding with clients, you will be required to enter transactional and personal information, ensure payments are received and follow up on any outstanding payments.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3-5 Years of Experience in an administrative role
  • Experience working with mortgages or in banking
  • Completion of post-secondary education, Administration/Business/Finance preferred
  • Strong computer skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail

Compensation: $16-17.00 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM – 5:00PM
